Key Initiatives for 2025
To address these challenges, we are focusing on three major areas: Continuous Delivery, AI-Supported Operations, and Simplification.
1. ODC in Continuous Delivery
- Established a collaborative network of stakeholders (Product Management, R&D, PS Experts, Technical Knowledge teams, and training partners) to drive knowledge sharing.
- Adopted an open innovation approach to integrate best practices, product updates, and real-world insights, ensuring we learn from and adapt to change rather than control it.
- Developed a dynamic system for updating exams and learning materials in real time, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
2. AI-Supported Operations
- Built a 24/7 support team of over 40 professionals, complemented by AI agents, ensuring candidates can take exams on the same day. - Leveraged data analytics to analyze exam patterns, pass rates, and question performance, improving the overall certification process. - Implemented AI-generated exam questions, enhancing quality, difficulty calibration, and variety.
- Created a gamified developer community to drive engagement and peer learning.
- Integrated AI-powered translations to automatically localize community discussions and learning materials into multiple languages, broadening accessibility.
3. Simplification
- Redesigned the certification program, streamlining exam structures, naming conventions, and prerequisites for clarity and ease of access.
