Our conference presentation spaces
Our venue this year is the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Paul's, and is a vast building with multiple areas for presentations. Presentations and demonstrations will take place in the following spaces as directed by the Conference Working Group:
Our Main Stage is where our whole delegation gather throughout the conference to hear inspirational keynotes and engaging panel discussions.
Our Syndicate Stages are where our parallel sessions take place and where our delegates can navigate a personalised programme suited to their interests and expertise. These spaces are more intimate and are particularly suited to presentations with high levels of audience engagement/ participation.
Our Interactive Zone is a space for hands-on interaction using a computer lab provided, and managed by conference sponsors: 'TEAMCo'. This room will have 20+ machines with both wired and WIFI internet connectivity. This space can be adapted to specific presentation requirements - make sure you include these in your presentation submission!
