Dr. Leslie Thomas is Kryterion's Chief Psychometric Officer where she leads a team of highly talented test developers and psychometricians who work closely with clients to develop credentialing solutions that meet business objectives and deliver measurable results. As an executive leader, she leverages over 20 years of industry experience to shape Kryterion's business strategy, service offerings, and technology roadmap.  As a member of the Association of Test Publisher's Technology-based Assessment's AI subcommittee, she has contributed to multiple publications on the use of AI in the assessment industry.
