Standard Submission Rate deadline:  18 February 2024 23:59 - £70:

Missed the early bird window? No worries, our standard submission rate ensures you still have an affordable opportunity to showcase your achievements.    

Extended Submission Rate deadline: 25 February 2024 23:59 - £140:

Need a bit more time?  Our extended submission period provides the flexibility to participate at a slightly higher rate. 


Winners will be announced at the International e-Assessment Awards ceremony in London on Tuesday 11th June. Tickets will go on sale shortly.           

The winners will be announced at the e-Assessment Awards Dinner in London on 11 June at the Hilton London Bankside. Save the date for this exclusive celebration of excellence in e-assessment.

There are three submission periods: Early Bird (£30), Standard (£70), and Extended (£140). Fees are per submission. For example, multiple submissions of the same (or different) work(s) in the early bird period cost £60. Education or Non-Profit submissions may be eligible for a zero fees discount – please complete the non-profit/ educational discount form.

Submissions that have been shortlisted and those that have been unsuccessful will be informed no later than 25 March 2024.

Yes, users completing a designated form during registration can receive a discount code, reducing all submission fees to zero throughout all submission windows. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to verify discount requests.

Yes, nominations for the Lifetime Contribution Award, Best Practitioner of the Year (Team), and Best Practitioner of the Year (Individual) are free of charge. Those submitters from education and non-profit organisations can enter any category free of charge by completing the discount request form.

Shortlisted submitters are required to purchase their awards dinner tickets once they go on sale. Keep an eye on our website for announcements regarding ticket availability.

Yes, you can volunteer to be a judge by visiting filling in this form. Applications to judge need to be made no later than 28 January 2024.

No – the judges’ decisions at all stages are considered final, and there is no right to appeal. If you have concerns regarding the process ahead of submission, please contact operations@e-assessment.com
