Shakeh has worked in language teaching, learning and assessment for over 30 years and been involved in all aspects of test design and development. She has also developed and delivered courses in assessment and testing and is particularly interested in the way teachers address the testing requirements in their classrooms. Currently working at PSI, she is Director of Qualifications and responsible for a variety of language and educational assessments, from their design to content development, from scoring to their psychometric analysis and reporting.
